Refunds & Returns Policy


Overview


We want you to love your Diddit kit. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly. This policy applies to purchases made directly from our website.


Returns eligibility (change of mind)


If you’ve changed your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Any seals (if applicable) must be intact
  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase

If the above conditions aren’t met, we may not be able to accept the return.


How to request a return


Email us at help@diddit.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions.


Return postage (change of mind)


For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.


Refunds (change of mind)


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the return

Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at help@diddit.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and include: 

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the outer packaging and the item(s)

If the item is confirmed as faulty/damaged/incorrect, we’ll offer a suitable remedy, which may include: 

  • A replacement
  • A refund (full or partial)
  • A return label (where appropriate)

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Exceptions and non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on certain items once opened (for example, gloves or other sealed components), unless they are faulty. If your kit includes any consumables (such as wax, fragrance, pigments, or similar), these must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a change-of-mind return.


Exchanges


We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.


Gifts


If your order was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser/payment method.
