Delivery Policy


Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.


Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.


Order processing times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods (for example, new launches, promotions, or seasonal peaks), dispatch may take a little longer. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated by email.


Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express delivery (if available at checkout): 1–2 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and start from the date your order is dispatched.


Tracking

If tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, we’ll email you a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at [insert support email]. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it.


If your order is delayed

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at help@diddit.co.uk with your order number and we’ll help.


If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but it hasn’t arrived:

  • Check around your property and any safe places
  • Ask neighbours/household members
  • Contact the courier directly if their tracking page provides instructions

If you still can’t locate it, email us at help@diddit.co.uk and we’ll investigate.


Damaged parcels or missing items


If your parcel arrives damaged, or if anything is missing from your order, please email help@diddit.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the outer packaging and the items (if damaged)

We’ll work with you to put it right as quickly as possible.


Pre-orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may dispatch everything together once all items are ready (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
